Terms of Service
1. Quotes: All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of pricing. Any changes to dimensions, materials, finish, design, quantity, or scope may require a revised quote.
2. Custom Work: Custom fabrication jobs are built to customer specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving measurements, drawings, and design details before production begins.
3. Deposits: A deposit may be required before material is ordered or fabrication begins. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the size and scope of the project.
4. Material Availability: Lead times and final pricing may be affected by material availability, supplier delays, and market pricing changes outside of our control.
5. Production & Delivery: Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery, installation, or pickup dates may change based on workload, project complexity, weather, and supply conditions.
6. Custom Orders Are Final: Because custom fabricated items are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.
7. Finishes & Appearance: Raw steel, welded assemblies, and custom fabricated parts may show normal variations in color, grind marks, weld appearance, and surface finish unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. Customer-Supplied Information: Blue Diamond Manufacturing LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements, drawings, templates, or specifications provided by the customer.
9. Payment Terms: Final payment is due according to the terms listed on the quote or invoice. Completed work, parts, or materials may remain on hold until payment has been made in full.
10. Warranty: Workmanship issues reported within a reasonable period will be reviewed. This does not include misuse, abuse, improper installation, normal wear, corrosion, altered parts, or damage caused after delivery or pickup.
11. Limitation of Liability: Blue Diamond Manufacturing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, delay, or inability to use fabricated items or services.
12. Acceptance: Approval of a quote, payment of a deposit, or authorization to begin work constitutes acceptance of these terms.
